Products and Pricing

We offer a variety of household equipment and accessories for sale on our Site. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, however we do not guarantee that all product descriptions or images are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. The product images displayed on the Site are intended for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in studio lighting conditions or variations in computer screen calibration. 

Prices for products are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, including modifications, price adjustments, suspension, or discontinuation of the products.

Ordering and Payment

In order to initiate an Order, you are required to register with us by establishing an Account on the Site. It is imperative that you provide us with accurate and truthful information during registration. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of your information by promptly notifying us of any changes. You are prohibited from abusing the Site by creating multiple user accounts.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse to accept or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. The prices are denoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) while the delivery charges will be applied separately where applicable, and these additional costs are clearly outlined and incorporated within the ‘Subtotal’. We accept payment through credit cards and E-wallets.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly, but shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date, but we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
